Today i made some banana bread as a healthy snack, i thought it was going to be complicated but it was not. I got the recipe from a Dutch blog, but i made some adjustments.
What you need:
– 3 bananas
– 50 gr. pitted dates
– 3 eggs
– 150 gr. oats
– 1,5 teaspoon baking soda
– handful of nuts of your choice. (I used walnuts)
– pinch of salt
First you turn on your oven to about 175 degrees. These are Dutch degrees, sometimes the american degrees are different.
Mix the bananas and dates in a blender or another kitchen device until it’s smooth.
Take the oats and use a blender or something else to pulverize the oats until it’s sort of like flour substance.
Whisk the eggs in another bowl until it’s a bit fluffier and add a pinch of salt add it to the banana mixture
Add the oats flour to the banana mixture too.
Also add the baking soda and mix until smooth.
At last, add the nuts to your choice and stir until completely mixed with the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin and put it in the oven for about 40-50 minutes.
